- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a flat rate based on size of your home/number of bedrooms & bathrooms, and the type of cleaning you request. We offer discounts as well on recurring services based on how frequent you would like us to service you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically request new customers to allow us to do walkthrough, where we walk through the property and assess the condition of the property and get a good feel for the size of it to give the most accurate quote. If you aren't comfortable with a walkthrough, you may send pictures of the areas you want clean but they must be of the entire space again to best offer an accurate quote. Once we agree to a service we schedule a time and day to come out and decide on how payment will be received. We receive cash, credit/debit card through an online invoice, and electronic payment such as Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, & PayPal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our cleaners have years of residential cleaning experience.
