What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to understand their cleaning needs and expectations. Then, I offer a free in-person estimate and explain the services and flat-rate price. Once we agree on the details and schedule, I arrive prepared to complete the cleaning with care and attention to detail. Customer satisfaction is very important to me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in residential cleaning, attention to detail, and learning the best ways to care for different surfaces and areas of the home. I focus on providing thorough, dependable service and treating every customer’s home with respect.and we have 7 years of experience
