- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer a discount if the homeowner supplies the cleaning products for me to use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well before I put anyone on the schedule, I like to have a consultation to talk about what all they want done, and whether they will be supplying the cleaning supplies or if I have to bring them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Fairmont High School graduate. I haven’t done any further education, but that doesn’t mean I never will. I never got any training for cleaning, other than watching my grandmother clean people’s houses, but that doesn’t make me any less good at it.
