He showed up on time and fixed my exmark. Jack brought the parts with him to replace battery, change the oil, replace the spark plug and adjust the valves. Very fast response, and I am very pleased. I highly recommend him to anyone whom needs their lawn mowers repaired or serviced.

Jack was everything you can ask for when you need lawnmower repairs, or like me, just need a good tune-up to keep my machine running like a Deere. He knows his way around the mowers, but he's responsive and gets in touch before coming to be sure he has the parts needed for your particular needs and responds quickly to questions. He's a young hustler, and I mean that in the best way possible. He knows how to fix a mower and he's running all over the place doing it, but along with that he's learning how to run a small business and grow it. I must say he's off to a great start and clearly knows that service matters and is what sets a company apart from the others. One last note; he was just a good guy to chat with while he worked on my mower.

Jack came out promptly and took apart the whole mower trying to find out why it wouldn't start. He explained what was going on every step of the way. Jack is a total professional in all aspects. He stated there would be no charge since the issue could not be resolved. I paid him anyway for all his efforts. It's refreshing to know that there are still a few workers left that take great pride in their craft. Highly recommend Jack to everyone.
