Heather is amazing! She has made a fitness program perfect for my needs in spite of my challenges with my back. She is mindful of my current limitations and tailors the workout to keep me improving every week. Every workout has been great and I leave feeling like I really gave everything I had. Heather is also very knowledgeable in nutrition and overall health. She is always willing to answer my questions and provide guidance. I’ve learned so much from her already.

She is outstanding in understanding the training needs of her client's. She devs deep into where her clents are at in health, physical, and emotional level. She finds the best approach and take it step by step with each aspect. She knows when and where to push you. She is still my trainer and will be for a very long time. Heather has been great as I have tried to get back into a healthier lifestyle. I have a lot of trouble with my shoulders and knees. Heather has been helping me work on strengthening those while also putting me through some great workouts. She is very aware of my needs and always adjusts accordingly. If you want a workout that is truly personal, go to her. She will take care of you.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?$55 for a 1 hour session for 1 person. $35 each for a 1 hour session of up to 2 people. $25/per person for a 1 hour session of 3-6 people. **Discounts available for paying in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet for coffee and get to know each other a bit! Figure out what your goals are so that I can work up a specific program for you. During our first session, we will take pictures and measurements and do some measurable assessments in the gym to track your progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in exercise science. I have a CrossFit level 1 certification. I am CPR & First Aid certified. I have been training & running nutrition programs for over 9 years.
