- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies on job size, how many stories, water access, location, and other obstacles that may be in the way of cleaning. But we tend to stay on the lower end of what most professionals are charging per Sq ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask where they heard about us, gather information from them, go out to the house and look in person at what they need cleaned, the obstacles that we will face, and how we are going to approach the cleaning job, and tell the customer how we’re going to do it, then give them a thank you gift for being a 1st time customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
