Mark O. says, "I started Yoga with Cathy in 2019, I was in need of physical and mental stress relief. I was apprehensive because I had always thought Yoga was for women. I was wrong.  Cathy's classes help me to keep moving as fluidly as possible for an old guy, as well as teach me how to stay in the moment with breathing techniques that also help my stress levels from getting out of control. Cathy always asks us how we are feeling physically and emotionally, and she will plan her teaching to work for our needs. I am always amazed at how well she can adjust to help all of us.
