- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our services fall under our flat fee service plan which includes the labor. The flat fee is sometimes ignored and we charge a minimum of 40 dollars for our quick fixes. Flat fee repairs are 75.00 dollars and includes everything needed to get you up and running as quickly as possible. **Note that this price does not include data services and/or parts. Customers who request on-site service will receive a quote for services. Business calls take priority when scheduling on-site service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our shop is located at 734 Watervliet Ave. Suites A,C,D Dayton Ohio 45420. Once you arrive we will enter you into the system and create a support ticket for you. Getting all the information required to serve you the best. We will label all of your equipment with a bar-code in order to track the progress of your repair through our facility. Once the repair is on the bench with a technician you will start receiving updates via text or email. If there are more charges than initially expected we will create an estimate, email it and call you for approval. We do not charge by the hour at Dayton Computer Guy, all of our services are done on a flat fee basis. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are at a minimum Comptia Certified Computer Repair Technicians and have undergone extensive training, in hardware as well as software repair.
