- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our packages are based on the number of hours used. You aren't a cookie cutter bride so we don't want to put you into a cookie cutter package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 'first date' appointment so you can try out style on for size and see if we are a good fit for your needs and personality.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We regularly attend conferences and industry networking events. We have also belonged to the Association of Bridal Consultants, International Special Events Society, and the Better Business Bureau.
