- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 diagnostic/trip charge After unit is diagnosed, I will provide a quote for repair. If customer confirms repair, I will waive diagnostic charge and accept 1/2 repair cost at time of quote, 1/2 when repair is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA certified NASTEC certified 10 years on the job training I attend factory service training courses regularly.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in what makes electronics tick. With my interest, paired with the necessity of home appliances, I knew the sky was the limit.
