Introduction: People often ask family, friends or neighbors to look after their pets. Unfortunately, friends and family are busy and your pets may occasionally get forgotten. Pet-sitting is my full time job and your pets are my top priority. I am professional and fully insured. More importantly, I am responsible and reliable. I also have over 30 years experience in dog training. I enjoy helping people improve their relationships with their dogs through an effective and fun training program. I meet all kinds of interesting people who share my love of animals. In addition, I get to share my day with lots of pets who are happy to see me!

Amy is a great resource. She is an experienced dog trainer and we learned so much from her gentle but firm training methods. Our growing puppy is doing well because of the structure Amy helped us put in place. She is reliable, responsible and trustworthy. As I said when we first met my methodology is to train you to train your dog. I demonstrated the lessons we were working on. The "teach on my own" was the homework to be done between our sessions. Unfortunately for various reasons (dog's illness, your travel schedule, dog's neuter surgery, etc) we were unable to establish a good foundation for training. I'm sorry that I was not the right trainer for you. Perhaps you need to find a board and train facility who will train your dog for you directly. I wish you and Tucker all the best!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to schedule the "Get Acquainted" visit where I come to your home to meet you and your pet. The purpose of this visit is for you to show me the routine you would like me to follow for your pet while you're away. There is no charge for the "Get Acquainted" visit.
