- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes for the most part. My services are based mostly off cost of the particular flowers that will be used in the wedding.I have a standard rate for my design time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe the most important ingredient to start working with a customer is to listen. A new customer can be a customer for life if you listen to what they need at that specific time or event. After you listen and talk then I feel the customer knows what they are getting from my shop and can trust in that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained by professionals that have over 35 years of experience. As a shop we continue keep taking classes to keep up with the trends and new ways of expanding our creativities.
