Chad responded to my inquiry, we spoke on the phone and he came the same day. On site, he explained what needed to be done, we agreed on a price for the job and he completed the work in a timely fashion. I needed a repair on a wrought iron gate latch and although Chad is a superior craftsman and a metal artist, he was happy to do this little job, which he did to perfection. Thank you!

Chad exceeded our expectations and explained the process thoroughly. He communicated in a way we understood and was patient taking time to walk us through each step of our remodel. We contacted him to change a toilet that was leaking and decided to redo our entire bathroom. He worked with us and found all of our fixtures at less than half of what we would have paid retail.
