- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am priced lower than competitors in an attempt to make these types of services available to more people. My full day organization service is $340 for 7 hours Painting packages are priced by the job. I have a Senior 10% discount on any organizational service I have a VET. 10% discount on any organizational service I have a loved ones package for families grieving the loss of a loved one and sorting through the estate belongings which includes a 10% discount on all service days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's set up your FREE 30 minute consultation via Google meet, We will look at the project and I will take notes on your wants & needs. If you feel like we're a good fit we will schedule when the work will be done. A non-refundable $100 per day deposit is required, and will be taken off your last day of organization. I have a 2 cancelation policy. I will reschedule a service 1 time with no affect to your deposit. A second cancelation will forfeit your deposit and will result in the cancelation of the job. The client has the choice to be present or not for most projects, except a few.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to college in Banbury, England for Art history & Interior Design. I'm not going to lie, I remember very little from art history! But the design aspect has never left me. I have been doing this for 6 years and love it!
