About this pro

How does your service stand out?

Two things are what sets us apart from the rest...our work and our customer support. We do not take a cookie-cutter approach to our design work. Each client is different and has unique needs that fit their situation. That is why all of our design work is unique. We do not use templates for any of our work. We design from the ground up based on the unique needs and goals of each client. We take great pride in the level of customer service we provide. Our aim is to develop long lasting relationships with our clients so that they keep coming back...and they do! We see our relationships as partnerships. We partner with our clients to help them grow. We love our clients and its because of them that we where we are today.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?

I love what I do for a couple of reasons. First, I love meeting the people I get to meet. They come from many different backgrounds and experiences. I love getting to hear their stories and getting to know their businesses. Secondly, I love creating. I like the process. I like that each project is different. I like seeing the transformation from a discussion to an idea and seeing that idea take shape and then to be able to sit back and look at the finished product.

Jeff at Bald Head Design has been very helpful in making my business marketing successful on the web. I get a lot of positive comments on my website from my customers. Jeff was also able to do his magic with SEO and get my website noticed. I would highly recommend his services!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
At times we get calls from potential clients who have been burned by other design companies. They threw down a lot of money and in the end they did not get what they expected to get. Here are some things you can and should do when going about choosing a design company. 1. Ask for references (at least 5-10). 2. Check the BBB to see if any complaints have been filed against the company. 3. Ask them to show you some of their work. 4. Never work without a signed contract. And read the contract to make sure you understand what you are getting yourself into. Following these steps will help reduce your risk of getting ripped off.
