The company is unprofessional. I asked for them to email me an estimate after looking at the property and that never happened. The phone number they have listed has been disconnected. We had an appointment scheduled, but a family emergency came up for them. They didn't bother to email, text, or call me. I drove over an hour to meet with them and they didn't show up until after I called them 3 times and finally texted (which they responded with the family emergency).
