I feel like I hit the Jackpot with Cabrera Property Homes. I took a chance with this app and further more, with someone I just didn’t know (I’m big on recommendations). The quickness it got done, and the flexibility to pick up items and…honestly wait one me without complaint was awesome. This project was for 2 bedrooms, an under stairs closet, and a bathroom in my basement, without breaking into the concrete floor for drainage. I plan on having them back for the rest of my basement.

They did a very good transformation of our one car garage into a bright professional art studio involving new roof with skylights, new casement window. One fixed and one operable door, finished walls and ceiling with insulation . They also built a small front porch according to our drawings.

Fernando's cabinet crew showed up a little ahead of schedule. Even though this was a fairly small job his crew did great work. They installed 3 lower cabinets, end cabinet wall, and filler between the wall and upper cabinet in about an hour. They were level and square and even added a few pieces I didn't think about to make sure that the counter top thats coming will be supported correctly. I am looking to possibly hire them for our LVP flooring soon.
