First of all he was the fastest to respond to my thumbtack inquiry. His value was better than all of the rest. His enthusiastic and driven attitude is appreciated and I relate to his outlook on life . After I get done working out my body is basically useless the next day but it's worth it because I know it will get easier. My favorite part is that he will meet me at a place I'm comfortable and I choose this Bird Sanctuary Park near me. He brings all of the equipment and I basically feel like I'm training for the NFL LOL .

When I first started training with Eric I weighed 160 lbs and barely knew how to handle a barbell. After following his programming I put on over 35 lbs of muscle, doubled my bench press, squat and deadlift weight, and over time learned the best way to develop and follow my own exercise programs. Physical activity is important to mental health. The training I do with Eric is crucial to my recovery process. Not long ago I was so depressed that getting out of bed was an accomplishment. After staying in a mental illness treatment facility and subsequently moving on to therapy sessions, I realized the role physical activity plays in recovery. But when you're struggling just to get out of bed, and taking new medications, getting to the gym isn't the easiest thing. My girlfriend and I found Eric at Pursuit Fitness Center. We chose Pursuit because it's a smaller, more private atmosphere – it's laid-back so I felt like I wouldn't be overwhelmed and it wouldn't trigger my anxiety. More importantly, Eric was patient, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable about fitness. You could tell he cared about us. I really needed that at a time when, on most days, I was irritable and tired at best – much less looking forward to working out. One year later, I'm doing 100% better. After being at the lowest part of my life, Eric patiently worked to keep me active and give me the energy/mood boost I needed to get my life back together. I don't think I would have reached my goal of staying consistently active without Eric's help and the atmosphere at Pursuit. If Eric can help me turn my life around, then I'm confident he can help you lose weight, build muscle, run a marathon, or achieve whatever fitness goal you may have.

Tifiro Cook is an excellent trainer for all body types and age groups. I started training with Tifiro in July 2014. He was very open to my fitness and nutritional goals. Being a fitness instructor I've seen how some trainers can be intimidating towards their client. You will not get that with Tifiro, he makes you feel like you have a true coach in your ear every step of the way. His training sessions are fresh and exciting. You will never get bored or run into a routine with him. Tifiro will push to improve mental focus to further achieve fitness milestones. Tifiro will mold your training sessions to your fitness level and physical abilities. As someone who has a chronic joint disorder he has assisted in keeping my knee healthy and strengthening up my quads to help support my knee. I have seen tremendous changes in my body that have people asking what I'm doing! When partnering healthy and clean nutrition with Tifiro Cook's training I know I can't lose. In addition Tifiro trains my son who has healthy fitness aspirations and to prepare him for sports when he is ready. My son looks forward to his sessions with T! Kim is super friendly, and really tries to get to know you and your goals. She comes up with creative and challenges workouts. She also knows when to push you. I've really enjoyed working with her!
I began training with Troy about 6 months ago and cannot begin to express how satisfied I am. I've been an athlete my entire life, but took some time off. I needed some motivation to get back into things...and Troy was it! He does a great job of working you up to different levels and pushes you to get to the next levels in the healthiest manner. It wasn't about losing weight for me- more about getting healthy and back in shape. He's helped me improve my posture and definitely get stronger (and I have lost some weight!) I would recommend Troy and the Ultimate U staff to anyone. I have never been a fan of the big chain gym. The small atmosphere and friendly people are what make the place in my opinion.
