Body Performance believes strongly in Quality over Quantity. Group size is limited to 8 individuals to promote accountability and insure personal attention to your needs. Your workout will include a proper warm up focusing on movement and core engagement, strength training with exercise demonstration and explanation, and metabolic conditioning to increase fat burning and caloric expenditure. Our BP coaches are known for their attention to detail and hands on coaching and our workouts are a perfect balance of safe, effective and challenging strength training designed for women’s bodies. Putting smiles on my clients faces. We both benefit from the positive upbeat energy that comes from a good workout.

I met Beth Dolce about a year ago when I was searching for a personal trainer on this site. Hiring Beth as my personal trainer is the single best decision I have made for not only my physical health, but my mental health as well. Her style of coaching you through a challenging workout is encouraging and motivating. Beth is very mindful of ensuring you are using the proper form and she pushes you to your limits, all while reminding you that your limits may be different than others and that's ok. I have graduated to taking classes with her Body Performance group and have been able to gain muscle, lose weight, and accomplish things I wouldn't have dreamed possible. I still don't love the prowler, but I feel a huge sense of accomplishment once I'm done pushing that beast around! No matter what your fitness level, Beth can accomate your needs and modify exercises to ensure you reach your goals. Plus, the ladies in the group classes are warm, welcoming, and you always leave feeling better than when you arrived!

I was having problems managing my weight, fitness and diet for the longest time. But now thanks to the Body Performance class, I am feeling fit both mentally and physically. This class is very challenging, effective and fun. The trainers are really well informed and knowledgeable. They provide excellent guidance, information and plans on how to stay motivated, eat healthy and and stay strong. This class is very well planned and trains you in endurance, core, strength and flexibility. Best of all its only for women so it is fun, friendly and motivating. I would really like to recommend this class to anyone who wants to become healthy and strong and have fun in the process. Thanks Body Performance for making me into a better person.

Beth responded to my request for a trainer on Thumbtack within 24 hours. After a consultation with her colleague, Heidi, I decided to try Body Performance's 12-week program in order to shake off ten to fifteen pounds and tone up. In the first three weeks, I have already lost three pounds and have noticed definition returning in my abs and arms. Further, the advice and recipes I have been given surrounding my food choices have allowed me to realize the mistakes I was making with my diet, and I already feel the effects of eating more nutritious foods. I used to feel the need for a nap every afternoon, but now I'm full of energy! I would highly recommend this program to both beginners and "experts" alike!

I can't say enough good things about Body Performance and the coaches. The work-outs are fun, challenging, and diverse. The coaches also discuss and teach participants about the importance of nutrition- sharing recipes, etc. I enjoy the commaradery you get with the other women as well. In addition to the workouts, there are other programs offered throughout the year i.e. grocery shopping trips, self defense classes, cooking demos, and other group gatherings. I'd recommend this program to anyone looking to start or mix up their fitness routine, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I love being a part of the BP family!
