I tell all of my clients that in two years max you shouldn't still be training with me because if you are then I have failed. I take pride in not only delivering timely, long-lasting results but also in teaching my clients the ins & out of health & wellness so that they not only reach their fitness goals but also have the knowledge to maintain that new body forever!
My training uses only scientifically backed methods in all aspects. I work on balancing your body out and building muscle support around the joints to improve mobility and reduce joint pain while simultaneously increasing muscle strength and burning fat. I guarantee notable results within your 1st month. To prevent redundancy your sessions I will always introduce some new movement, exercise, or challenge.
The thing I LOVE most about my "job" is seeing individuals who walked in defeated, overwhelmed, etc. transform their bodies over the months and become happier & healthier!

Pure and simple I am disabled! And my mountain is the simple things in life. Have you ever woke up to not be able to get not of bed for hours? Welcome to 1% of my life every day!! My future was 99.9% chance wheelchair!! Doctors say do PT but insurance does not cover it. Trainers laughed to my face because I walked funny. Elijah Bowie at Peak Fitness was the only one out there welling to fight with me. He has had to rework an exercise for me to do on the fly. He has even took the time to help me threw tears. People are too quick to see a disability and count you off! But finding someone like Elijah that fights with you is a blessing. That fighting got me ten pounds down in a month and no wheelchair for this lady!!!! And that's not the end yet...
