John has been absolutely life-changing for me. I came to him struggling with pain and difficulty even sitting or moving comfortably, and he helped me rebuild strength safely and effectively. He took into account my past surgeries and injuries and made sure everything I did was done correctly.
Because of him, I’m now stronger, more mobile, and able to go to the gym on my own with confidence. He also has a strong understanding of nutrition, which added even more value. If you want someone who truly knows how to help your body heal and get stronger, John is incredible.
