- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultations are free. You only pay for training sessions and there are no additional fees. Our training starts at $40 for an individual session and ranges from $25-$35 for groups of 2 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) We start with a phone call to discuss any questions you may have and to setup a meeting place for our first appointment. 2.) Then we’ll email you paperwork that goes over health history, goals/workout history, and a physical activity questionnaire. These can be emailed back and discussed when we have our first face to face meeting or over another phone call if you have additional questions.

-Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and Health Promotion, Otterbein University -National Personal Training Institute Graduate -National Strength and Conditioning Association CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and CPT (Certified Personal Trainer) -USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, Referee -Adjunct Professor for the Strength and Conditioning and Olympic Style Weightlifting courses at Otterbein University, 2014-2018 -10 years Personal Training experience
