Catered my nieces grad party and all the guests raved about the food, presentation and best of all my sister got to relax and enjoy the party too because everything was all taken care of and she didn't need to worry about a thing!!

Kim Fauceglia and Bella Mangia are an absolute pleasure to deal with....a great "can do" attitude! Food presentation is as amazing as it tastes.     I feel my pricing is extremely fair. I pride myself on quality, quantity and service.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First making sure date is free. Then figure out logistics does venue have oven, refrigeration and prep area. Then the fun stuff Menu planning. I love speaking with people as to what foods go together not only taste and flavors but textures.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My Training and education is self taught.
