I feel my pricing is extremely fair. I pride myself on quality, quantity and service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First making sure date is free. Then figure out logistics does venue have oven, refrigeration and prep area. Then the fun stuff, Menu planning. I love speaking with people as to what foods go together not only taste and flavors but textures.

My Training and education is self taught.
