Introduction: Hi I'm Allison! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer, Holistic Nutritionist and a Functional Medicine Health Coach. My goal is to help you build new health habits, through nutrition and lifestyle modification, so you can reach your goals AND achieve better health. My clients are able to reach their ideal body weight & composition, improve their eating, manage their stress and have more energy. I coach my clients with a holistic, comprehensive approach to their health. Health is about the balance & optimal state of one's physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being. It is about bringing all the aspects of health together to achieve a healthy, yet sustainable, life from the inside out! Through the methods of holistic nutrition, lowering stress, balanced exercise, optimizing rest and prioritizing self-care, you can start feeling more confident, energy, balanced and vitality! I help my clients with all of these aspects; fitness programming, nutrition guidelines, supplements, stress management techniques, behavior modification and more. I truly care about my clients and do my absolute best to provide the best service, education and support. My goal is for all of my clients to achieve all of their goals and live a healthy, happy life! I train clients online and in person (1:1) in a private fitness facility (Ohio Sports & Fitness) in Willoughby. I coach clients in person and or virtually through video, phone and email.

Everything went really well. She communicated with me through out the process, she answered all of my concerns and she even honored the discount even when the date had expired. Allison seems to be knowledgeable and she even came to my location which was really awesome.

I've just begun my journey with Finesse Fitness. Thus far, Allson met with me once, I shared with her that I want to lose weight, sculpt, and tone my body. I completed a questionnaire,and my nutrition habits, medical condition, injuries, etc. Allison prepared a customized nutrition plan with recipies, and nutrition notes that are specific to my needs. This is Week 1, and I am beginning to learn about nutrition. I can't wait to see what's in store for me during the next 1 weeks with regard to my nutritional and fitness needs.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I decided to become a fitness coach when I combined my love of fitness with my passion to help others. I started working out in college and my major at the time was Sociology. I decided to change majors and pursue the fitness field. I started working as a trainer back in 2008 and have been at it ever since!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    In the past most of my work has been training clients one-on-one, small group training, lifestyle and nutrition coaching, creating meal plans and workout routines, and teaching boot camp classes. I've done a little bit of everything! :)
