House Cleaning

I wish I could post more than 5 stars! Jami came to do my walkthough, and scheduled me for a few days later. She and Briana came to deep clean my apartment, and when they say deep clean, they are serious! My apartment looks better than the day I moved in. The attention to detail is unbelievable! My cabinets were organized, a table I thought I couldn't salvage is spotless, and they even changed light bulbs for me. On top of that, they're just nice people! I was in and out throughout the day, and they are extremely friendly and fun. I definitely am not the best housekeeper, but I never felt judged. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again. If you need any work done, call them, you will NOT be disappointed!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    That our pricing is fare and comparable to other cleaning services. Our weekly, by-weekly and monthly services are discounted for first time customers for signed contracts more then 6-months or more.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We review there request and put together our checklist of cleaning needs in the areas of the home. We then set-up a meeting at the place of service (house or business) and put together a cleaning service plan that best suits there needs. We follow up with a competitive quote, if the client is in agreement with the pricing, we then put together a contract of service. Also, we provide the client with proof of insurance and background check on request.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have 30 hour training certificate in cleaning commercial kitchens, I also have many years experience in cleaning for commercial business, contractors and private residential homes.
