We used this service for our wedding and driving around Cleveland for wedding pictures. The driver was incredibly professional and very prompt the bus was loaded with fantastic amenities and very clean and well taken care of. Would highly recommend this service for a group size of 15-20 people and look forward to working with them in the future
Northwest limousine provided their services for my wedding this past Friday, they were awesome! Not only were they great but affordable too!!! The driver was very sweet and caring helped me out the whole time and the limo was sparkling clean!!! Thank you so much for making my day extra special!!!

We ordered a 20 passenger bus..but it felt more like a 16 passenger vehicle..very cramp and we were for the most parts relatively small to adverage size people..Other than that it was a fun great day..the driver was very accommodating and professional..Thanks Northwest.
Driver was on time and limousine was clean and ran just fine. Driver was able to handle the vehicle and went out of his way to pick us up at a very busy location.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rental Rates are based on the size of the Limousine. We carry 6, 8, 10, 15, & 20 Passenger Limousines and 20 & 26 Passenger Limobuses. Prices Sunday - Thursday are less than Friday & Saturday. Also April - October Rates tend to be higher than the Winter Months.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Northwest Limousine makes it easy to place reservations! We will be happy to answer any questions and place your reservation. Just give us a call anytime!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Northwest Limousine requires all of its Chauffeurs to attend the Executive Chauffeuring School. Our Chauffeurs are trained in Etiquette, Proper Driving, Safety, and Serving the Client for any occasion.
