- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing depends on the size and age of the home. I recommend NOT going with the cheapest home inspector just to save money. REMEMBER, you do get what you pay for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will always be looking to be well informed. There is always something new to learn. We are required to do at least 20 continuing hours of education in this field.
