Mike was great! Had a roof leak in the far corner of the house and he was there the next day. Caulked the roof, did a check of the rest of the roof and cleaned the gutters, all for a very reasonable price. A week later, during a heavy rain, I noticed the leak was still there, just not quite as bad. Called Mike and he came out two hours late. He checked the attic space and found the source of the leak. Turned out to be a popped-up nail under a shingle, allowing water to drip into the corner of the attic. He made the repair and wouldn't let me pay him for the second trip out from his home in Elyria. My roof is a few years away from replacement but when it's time, my first call will be to Mike. I'm also going to have him take care of my gutter cleaning from now on. Thanks again, Mike
