James J. says, "I reached out to AV AIR LLC on Thumbtack and Alex responded right away, and on that same day he was able to meet with me and take a look a the project. My project involved the removal of my existing boiler system and installation of a new HVAC system and ductwork. Alex is very easy to work with, he is polite, personable and very knowledgeable. I had spoken with other hvac contractors, but after speaking with Alex and discussing his pricing, I knew right away this was the right guy for the job. Alex, and his assistant showed up for the job and on the very first day they had the old boiler system removed and the new furnace partially installed turned on and heating the basement, which was very impressive. Alex, throughly explained every step of the project and the project proceeded as discussed, without any surprises. I also had Alex install a new hot water tank which also professionally done. I recommended Alex to a friend whose furnace had gone out, my friend had another hvac contractor look at his furnace who told him he needed a new furnace. Alex responded the same day after receiving a call from my friend and had his furnace working in less than 30 minutes. In the future, AV AIR LLC will be the first company I reach out to for all my HVAC system needs. Steve got back to me the same day that I posted our plumbing problem and was able to come the next day, even though it was Labor Day weekend! He arrived when promised and quickly and professionally installed a new toilet and sink faucet. Steve went above and beyond what we initially discussed, as I had purchased the wrong finish on the faucet - completely my mistake, but very disappointing. Steve removed the faucet he had just installed, returned it to the store, and came back with one to match our other bathroom fixtures - at no additional cost to me! I am more than grateful for all of Steve's help and kindness, as well as for his excellent, top-quality work. Everything was completed quickly, professionally, neatly, and perfectly.
