- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do. The least expensive option is for the couple to come to my home. The price is a little bit more if I am asked to meet them in a public venue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I send out a bid on a job, I will wait to hear back from the client. If the client contacts me, I will respond promptly and answer their questions. If I don't hear back from the client, I will follow up in a few days and remind them that I'm here if they need me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a ministry certificate as well as permission from the state of Ohio through the Secretary of State which allows me to solemnize wedding ceremonies in the state of Ohio.
