Amazing! Meka arrived on time as scheduled with all the materials she needed. Meka completed a move out clean for us. We could not be happier with the results! Her detail to deep cleaning the whole unit, and the appliances and our bedroom rug was impressive. We are confidence we will be getting all of our deposit back after the confusion she returned this unit to. She communicated with us before, during and after. After this first experience we are hoping to make this a lasting working relationship and continuing to have her deep clean our new place periodically. I would highly suggestion Meka and look forward to working with her again!

They were very meticulous and great! I recently just moved in to an older house where the previous tenant did not even bother cleaning or taking care of. So I hired them to clean up the space before moving in. Wasn’t expecting much considering the before condition, but they did a fantastic job! They really took their time to make sure they got every spot clean. I thought the kitchen oven was a lost cause as it was very dirty before but they were able to clean it and made it usable again. I wish I had the before and after picture.. In overall I very appreciate the work, time and effort that they put in to make my new house feels new! ♥️

What can I say but THANK YOU! Romeka is the very best. I shouldn’t tell everyone how great she is as she won’t have time for me. I am as picky as they come and she hit every mark and more. Most importantly I trust her. She is responsive and does more than expected. She sticks to her word and is very transparent. I have had a cleaner for 7 years, yet not completely satisfied. My comfort and trust has been restored once again with Romeka. She won’t stop until she feels it is right. She is a woman of her word, funny and simply delightful. I suspect not only will she be my full-time partner in cleaning, but also a friend. Amazing!

Romeka is excellent - she is extremely detail oriented and did a fantastic job of cleaning up my old apartment that I recently moved out of. I plan on using her services for my new home as well. Can't go wrong with her, and rates and quite reasonable as well.

She is excellent, very detailed. She cleans better than i do. It was a one time cleaning but i will use her as biweekly cleaning. She goes through entire house even cleaning light switch. Her personality is also very friendly and kind. She came and was so focus on her job. Well done Meka!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard price system but honestly I like working with the customers budget. We can break down details as we talk more. My goal right now is to build a name. Im from Ohio. & the work, its simple I do whatever the customer wants!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key. I have a phone interview so the customer can learn my personality. I have also worked in the call center field many years so its allot you can learn over the phone. If all goes well we arrange a meeting even if its the day ill do the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customer service------15 yrs. Various workplaces but at&t 11 years. My associates degree is in arts of communication. I have experience cleaning homes, offices, fine hotels, and apartments. My cleaning business is a family business I created for my kids to show my hard work as a single parent.
