- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my prices vary per event. Our events typically range from $300-$900 based on length, location, venue, equipment, etc. I ask for a reasonable booking fee as a deposit to reserve the date. Go to my website contact page to get started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to have all customers fill out a questionnaire or two when booking an event. I also like to meet by phone (or in person, if local) to cover my pricing and services. I will send out a quote, and upon acceptance then a invoice, contract and payment schedule, all thru my web-based business software. I also give access to all the documents thru their online client portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am mainly self-taught. I watch training videos online. My step-father owns a recording studio and mobile recording business. My father-in-law works for a sound system installation company. So I get some knowledge from them. I also network with other DJ or sound professionals in my area.
