Introduction: By doing an energy audit on full home inspections I would say this makes us stand out as not all home inspectors can do this. This lets the client know how well and how much he can expect to pay for his energy costs.

Above and beyond service! Kris was extremely thorough in his home inspection, and went out of his way to help me a few weeks afterwards!

Kris was very polite, professional and most of all an excellent inspector. His report was beyond detailed and even had photos of the potential problems areas. The owner of the home we are buying even commented on how nice he and his helper were and our real estate agent was impressed as well!

Hired Kris for a general home inspection on our new (to us) 3000sqft home. We had been through the house many times and were aware of much of its condition, but they found a few things we didn't expect. Kris and his wife arrived early and got to work quickly. The thermal imaging and photos in their report were very nice. I would hire them again.
A warning to those seeking home inspections: Kris' contract initially included a clause that many inspectors (we found out later) add. The clause allows them to sell your contact information to marketers selling home security systems. We had this removed.
