Had a leak in one section of my roof. They were able to quickly identify the issue, replace just what was needed and did it all in a matter of hours from the time they arrived. Professional and thorough. I HIGHLY recommend RGV Contracting.

We contracted with Ian Cheadle of Cheadle Construction (937.580.9098) on December 4, 2015, and we are very glad we did. The project centered around the replacement of carpeted and tiled flooring with 3/8 inch Engineered Hardwood in a glue-down installation. This was a project that we, homeowners, had started the previous May, but after completing our great room, the project lost momentum leaving our downstairs in a half-baked configuration. We were simply not looking forward to tackling the myriad of difficult cuts required for our front entry-way, parlor, and hallway, all of which are at odd angles to the walls opposite. In late November, we decided to hire a professional. We found Ian and contacted him via email and he came to our condominium ON TIME, sized up the work and had an estimate/contract prepared for us shortly thereafter. Some prices are a set amount, while others are by square-foot or linear foot. It was all clear up-front. We removed the baseboards, carpet, carpet liner, carpet tack strips, and tile ourselves, revealing a concrete sub-floor upon which the new project would be glued. We were not, however, able to chip away the mortar that was underneath the tile. Lucky for us, Ian had a tool similar to a jack hammer that was able to do that job. The particular choice of materials and the method of installation were ours, and were not products he had worked with prior. Ian listened to our own experiences and in addition did his own research, including contacting the company. So when he began work, he was able to hit the ground running. We should mention that this was "click and lock" flooring in name only; it takes some real persuasion with a hammer to get each piece to lay flat. And the glue, although a great product, is also very messy, requiring constant cleanup. The project also involved the installation of baseboards. We chose 1x4 common board, and did the sanding, priming, and painting ourselves, leaving the cuts and installation for Ian. He caulked all the gaps, leaving a finished, professional look. There were no surprises during the installation. Ian asked all the right questions, and turned our vision into reality in less than a week. Having done this work, ourselves, the previous May, I can tell you that his constantly cheerful attitude must be a superpower of some sort. So, now, the project is complete, the place looks great and we can once again welcome our cars into the garage, just in time for winter. This is a link to a photo on google drive showing some of Ian's work: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4P1TMU9HITkMWk4Y0dIVG0wSGM/view?usp=sharing We were delighted with how it all turned out. We asked for a powerwashing of the deck in preparation for resurfacing. Steve also washed the gutters, garage siding, and awning. The job was SUPER.

I am extremely happy with the work. He came to the jobsite and gave a couple of different ways to correct the problem. He was on-time and completed the job in the time frame agreed. I will hire him again for my next job.

Jeff Barry is a great guy to sell you a roof. He knows his stuff and really cares for your concerns. He explains everything that the roofers will do, the quality of what is being bought and the way Mr Roof will stand behind the work done. The work was done on time and the men doing the work were non-stop getting the job done. After the roof was completed the cleanup left our premises spotless. The price was right and Jeff's follow up after the sales pitch got him the contract since all sales people knew we were going to get three bids and decide after hearing all three. All three men were excellent in their presentations but Jeff Barry went the extra mile. The roof is a great improvement to the curb appeal of our property and we are glad we chose Mr. Roof.

I hired him to pull up an old concrete slab and pour a new one for a shed we were building. He did an excellent job and even offered to pull out some tree stumps he noticed in the yard at no extra cost. I highly recommend him.
