Growing up I always was in a battle with my weight and two years ago I hit the heaviest I had ever been. That’s when I decided to educate myself and make a change. This is what you are looking for. She will help you to lose that stubborn weight that never goes away. I was so frustrated with those extra pounds. I was eating tuna like a alley cat, cottage cheese, yogurt and salad and that scale will not move. Paige helped me to understand macros and how much should I eat to lose weight. Works outs are challenging and she has an app with videos. She replies your texts. Phenomenal coach to be honest. I just renewed my program because she will help me to look shredded 🏋🏽‍♀️. Paige es fantástica es la entrenadora que necesitas. Muy contenta que la encontré. Me ayudó ayudó en macros y la cantidad de comida que necesitaba para bajar de peso. Su programa cuenta con videos de que hacer y la cantidad que debes comer. La primera semana es lo más difícil pero después es fácil. Antes yo comía tuna como gato de callejón, cottage cheese y yogurt. Y no bajaba de peso a pesar de hacer ejercicios y de caminar. Rebaje y renové el servicio con ella.para que me ayude a verme mejor que nunca antes. No lo pienses o busque más y contratala. Thank you Paige!

I love working out with Paige! It has been amazing, she is professional, knowledgeable, energetic! One of the best decisions I have made was starting to train with her! One of the best personal trainers I have ever used. Super flexible and will literally cater your workouts to you specifically for what your goals are. Sets you up nutrition plans as well. Couldn’t be happier with 10/10
