I contacted 3 companies for this project. I selected Cap City. Nate went over the job and made some suggestions. He was friendly, had a good handshake, and great eye contact.
I told Nate I would have to think about it. There was no pressure from him to do it NOW.
After discussing what was needed, Nate asked if there was anything else that I wanted. Being that monies were tight, I figured the other items that I wanted done would be too much. Nate went and measured the other items.
That afternoon, I called Nate and gave him the go-ahead.
The items we agreed on were the Stucco on the House, the wooden fence, the driveway, and the back patio.
I thought power washing was just that. He first used a solution, and then the power wash. On the driveway, in addition to the above, he used something that looked like a floor buffer.
He also did the front porch, the city sidewalk, and the curb. He took his time and was here almost 4 hours.
I definitely recommend Cap City Powerwash and Nate.

Responsive and respectful!! We had such a great experience from start to finish. The whole process took a few short hours. Our house has never looked so good. Cap City Powerwash will be back in our neighborhood power washing driveways and sidewalks too. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Nathan did an amazing job power washing my back deck in preparation for staining and sealing. We had bad patches of mold in several places - they’re complete gone! He was cautious around my yard plants and handled moving all the furniture himself. Super professional, communicative, attention to detail and personable. Highly recommend!

Nathan is fantastic. We have a 1400 sq ft split level and were looking for exterior power washing. He's kind, professional, responded very quickly, scheduled, arrived on time and completed in 1-1/2hrs . He went above and beyond to also wash our shed exterior. Highly recommend.
