- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?NO, each job is priced based on the expected complexity of the labor portion and the products selected by the customer. No two jobs are the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First is a visit to our future customer's house. We will ask many questions to get a good feel for the scope of the job. Once that is determined, we will discuss our customer's budget and compare it to our ballpark price based on our understanding of the scope of the project. The next step is for our customers to visit one of our showrooms, either West Chester or Dayton to select the products for their project. Thar selection will determine the final price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My partner and I each have over thirty years in the kitchen and bath design and remodel field.
