Nick has done a great job for us when we needed computer help & is prompt with expected time of arrival and what he anticipates needs to be done. Great to have him.

Rotundo solutions is excellent and has been my go to place for my computer needs for several years now. It comes with a free anti-virus program that has blocked several virus and tells me what sites are safe to go on when I'm searching the web. I call them "my computer guys". They even patiently answer my list of questions, which I always seem to have. I get efficient and friendly service every time I need them.

My records indicate I have called on Nick Rotundo ten times over the past three years. Obviously, I am well satisfied with the service he provides. He has done trouble-shooting, including speeding up my PC. He helped select and install a new PC and printer, helped select a laptop and set up a wireless network, and organized my TV-DVR-VCR system. The first house call he made, he couldn't fix the problem--that computer was kaput--so he would accept no payment. I value his honesty as much as his expertise.
