- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have been known to accept partial BARTER. Big jobs, have partially paid me cash and partially paid me in a running automobile, trailer, etc...
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was doing the work of several others that were literally making an income double of what I was making. I worked free in many cases. just to learn the skills needed for each job. I took the work from my employer and began my own business.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have clients that are looking for a property in a specific neighborhood, but the houses are terrible or they are too expensive. I show the clients properties that are distressed and create a contract to renovate their DREAM HOMES.
