- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor and Materials, labor price will not change from estimate to final bill. Occasionally we go over on materials, but not often.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk the job, but can also bid competetively off photos or brief description.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a home service contractor my entire life. I live on a horse farm which helps me provide competitive rates on tree removal jobs.
