I am so happy that I chose Jordan as my personal trainer! When I first started getting back in shape, I felt lost. I hadn't worked out in years and you could tell! When I told Jordan what I was looking for, to feel healthier and to lose weight, he was understanding and empathetic. He walked me through what we would do to help me meet my goals. Jordan is a great trainer to work with. He comes up with different workout routine for every one based on body-type, goal and imbalances. I have been lifting weights for about two years now and he always “shocks” my body every time I go in for a session. He constantly motivates you to push yourself out of comfort zone. I did not notice my body imbalances until I started going to his classes and he designed specific exercises to grow my weaker muscles. I was introduced to Jordan by a friend and I am glad he did. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Please contact for rates. Once a month you can bring a friend for free and if you refer a friend who signs up for training you will receive two sessions for free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We will meet to conduct an initial fitness assessment as well as any limitations. We will evaluate personal goals as well as any set time frames if you are working towards a specific event. Then we will schedule our first session so we can begin working towards your goals together.
