Pricing is based on square footage. A small travel fee only applies outside of a 40 minute drive(one way).

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm naturally detail-oriented and curious about how things fit together. A few years ago I was working with an agent looking for a place to live during my time in Texas. I was opening every closet and cupboard, checking under every faucet and plumbing connection I reasonably could, counting electrical outlets, testing windows- and this agent commented that I'd be a good Home Inspector. This rang a distant bell in my memory, someone else had said the same thing many, many years ago. That was all I needed to take the plunge. I was already looking to make a career change and inspecting homes is a natural fit. I'm so glad I'm here.
