- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the project, of course. We are available for small, medium and large projects (5k to 200k).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them to take a look at their project. I send them an estimate and answer any questions they have. Then I begin the process of scheduling their job and work with them from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
MBA, Real Estate License, and 15 years of construction knowledge.
