- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly and provide estimates after looking at the property. The time I quote depends on the size and condition of the property. In the past I have had clients who have hired me to come in for a set amount of hours weekly and to do what could be done in that allotted time frame.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically I do weekly housekeeping or rental properties.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be realistic about the job so that you are not surprised later by the time it takes. I work very quickly and get faster over time as the job becomes more routine. However, occasionally a rental cleanout seems straight forward and then ends up taking longer than expected due to unforseen circumstances like a very sticky messy refrigerator or stained bathtub.
