- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
when it comes to my pricing I charge $35 I don't price by room so I do like coming in for in home estimates if possible. Most of my deep clean range between 210and 280. my general cleans range from 105 to 175 . This depends on the size and condition of the home so it does vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
contacting meeting at the home to give a rough estimate coming in for the first clean checking up to see if everything was done and if anything needs fixed then proceeding with either weekly biweekly or monthly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started cleaning when I was about 8 years old with my grandma.i continued cleaning on and off with her untill I was 16. In-between working with my grandma I worked for a hotel doing cleaning and prepping the rooms. So at this point I have already been cleaning for almost 11 years. I also have loved organizing since I was little which has played a big part in my technique of cleaning.
