NKY Beekeeper says, "Precision Plumbing, Heating and Air did an outstanding job installing our new tankless water heater. It was a tight location where a normal water heater would not fit and they were able to come up with a solution that worked for us. Liz was great to work with in the office and Marcus did an amazing job with the install. They both understood our situation and went to Great length to make sure that the solution fit our needs. We are a week out of having the unit installed and so far we are very happy! I would highly recommend Precision Plumbing heating and Air/ Watts Plumbing if you are looking to have a new tankless water heater installed."See more

Mandi Miller says, "Aaron B came out to address a clogged drain in my recently deceased father's home. Aaron was very professional, punctual, and courteous. He refused to walk into the home without shoe covers on even though I told him it was ok. He even put shoe covers on the machines wheels! He asked permission before he did anything! Unfortunately, he was unable to resolve the issue during the visit but did he make an effort to diagnose the problem and attempted several solutions, and offered advice on how to move forward. The best part was, I wasn't charged since they could not fix the issue!!Aaron informed me of maintenance packages the company offers but was not even the slightest bit pushy. He understood that I am trying to get my dad's house ready to sell and it wasn't the right time or place. He did leave materials to look at and share with people! I would recommend this company (Aaron) for your plumbing needs!"See more

He charged $289 to fix the faucet which i thought was a little expensive, but it was Christmas eve. he didnt mention a surcharge, but it was fixed so that was good. He also wanted to charged sales tax on the service which I wasnt used to seeing charged. Did some research and in Ohio its not required for services like this, but can be charged on supplies. Maybe he is not tax knowledgeable. Good thing after telling me it was $289 total to fix a leaky faucet, and later requesting sales tax, he later agreed to charge the original price told of $289. i need a good plumber for my team for all my rentals, but this plumber may be a tad bit pricey for me. But maybe $289 is good price to fix a leaky faucet."See more

We had the pleasure of dealing with Honey Go Fix it when I called for what seemed to be a clogged kitchen sink drain. Upon having a tech out it seemed like the problem was a bit bigger and dealt with the main drain in our slab. The best course of action involved taking down our custom cabinets to get access to the wall with the damaged pipe. The guys navigated this with some pretty incredible execution. They cleanly removed the cabinets, cut a access panel in the wall, repaired the pipe, and replaced the original counter with no real problems whatsoever. We’re already working on getting a list of things for our next quote. Thanks again fellas!
