My husband and I were extremely impressed with Chris and his team! After finding what we thought might be a bed bug, I called BB BBQ to ask if they would come out and help us identify the bug. When I spoke with Vicky and Karen on the phone, they were both so understanding and willing to help me. Chris even stopped by our house for a quick inspection as 8 pm to help identify the bug. The next morning, after further investigation, he determined it was a beetle. We were so impressed with Chriss knowledge, expertise, and honesty. Its clear that he is just trying to help people have peace of mind when they sleep at night. He could have told us that it was a bed bug and had us spend thousands of dollars on a treatment we didnt need, but he was helpful and sincere. I will be recommending this company to anyone who thinks they may have an issue!

I had bed bugs for 2 months. Called Terminex who inspected and said I didn't. I showed him the bites I had and he suggested I go to a dermatologist. I then called Ohio Bed bug who actually turned my heavy mattress over and he found one bed bug. He sprayed and said it wasn't bad. No infestation. He chemically treated my car. The bites got worse. Infested my clothes. My bedroom. Even the kitchen. My dog was getting bites too. I bought my house from a couple who flipped it. Everything brand new. However..they didn't live there. Real estate agent suggested I get heat treatment. Since I told her I was going to let the house foreclose. I threw out everything I owned and bought new clothes and was still invested. Looked up heat treatment and BBBBQ has a 5 star rating. Chris came out. Was sympathetic. Said he could solve my problem. 2 months of bites on my arms and legs and back. I moved in with my sister while I was deciding to let the house go or one more treatment. The crew who came out Was John and Mike. Both wonderful as Chris and girls in the office. They treated my car with heat and my whole house. Not just a room. This was Dec 23. I moved back into my into my house on Christmas. No bugs or nymphs or eggs. My nightmare was finally over. Thanks Chris, Mike and John for giving me my and my dog our life back. Chris warned me about PTSD due to so many bites. For a long time. I'm aware and still check my clothes and bed but that will go away in time. If not for BBBBQ I would have lost the house I fell in love with when I bought it. Thank you and my God bless all of you!

Greetings. I had BBQ come to my house on 12/13/19 to do a heat treatment. Prior to that I followed all their directions of what to take out of the house, I made over 10 trips and put all items at risk in my garageThey came over the house, we did a walk through and I asked pointedly about the different blinds, I was willing to take them down and put them in the garage. Both individuals stated there was no problem with them and had be take down, but leave in the room, just a few blinds.I came back at the end of the day and was unable to open/close the blinds in the kitchen. I could raise them up and down however I could not tilt them, no matter what i tried. Then I took the following steps.1. I ordered new blinds, similar and less expensive then the current ones.2. On 12/17/19 I ordered the new blinds, after unsuccessfully attempting to tilt them, no matter what I tried.3. On 12/17/19 I emailed Chris Gonda the receipt for the blinds along with an explanation, asking for a credit towards my purchase of his services for the cost of the blinds.4. On 12/17/19 I emailed Chris Gonda again with a more complete explanation of what had transpired.5. On 12/17/19 I received a reply from Chris stating that he would call me tomorrow, 12/18/19.6. I immediately emailed Chris back stating I would prefer to handle this via email so there was no confusion.7. I did not receive an email back from Chris.8. On 1/1/20 I again emailed Chris asking for a credit towards my purchase.9. To date, 1/7/20 I have not heard back from Chris either by phone or email.At this time I cannot fully endorse or recommend Bed Bug Barbecue.

Dear Mr. Gross: We are sorry to read this review of yours, as our customers are very happy with us and we strive in our actions to make that so. It seems what upset you was our delay in responding to you. Please know that our delay was due to the holiday madness, and folks wanting service performed before Christmas celebrations, rather than for any other reason. We note nowhere in your commentary does it discuss our success of the eradication of your bed bugs. Most people are delighted to have the blood sucking pests eradicated and are less concerned about minor damage to items of no sentimental value or items of no value whatsoever. We did call you, however, several times and you did not return our calls for as you wrote above, you wanted email exchange “proof” of the conversation. This request on your part actually slowed down our response time, as it required us to sit out our desk and take time from our regular duties to formulate a thoughtful response. Our normal duties consist of being in the field inspecting homes and performing heat services. We did take the time to write a thoughtful letter to you and you did not respond. When we called you in follow up you refused to accept our call. You then responded with an email indicating you withdraw your complaint. At this time our file is closed but we do feel your review is unfair to our company since you have given us a 2 star review when we 100% succeeded in getting rid of your bed bugs which is what you hired us to do. While potentially your blinds were damaged, we do not know as we were not allowed to inspect them.

I had sent Bed Bug BBQ an email on Sunday night when I found what I suspected to be a bed bug. They called me Monday morning and confirmed the photo I had sent was a bed bug. Chris came out to inspect my house. He was very thorough, friendly, and informative. After searching all of the house, Chris didn't find any other signs of an infestation. He explained the possibilities of finding only one and that possibly a friend or family member brought it with them recently(had a full house 2 weeks ago). Even though he came out for free(who does that anymore!), he still took his time to explain things to me, even after he knew I wasn't going to need his services. I hope I never have a need to get rid of bed bugs, but if I do, I know who I will call. I would highly recommend this company!
