- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I meet with the potential client I figure how long and hard the job might be and calculate an estimate based on a two person crew at the rate of $75 for the first hour and $50 for each additional hour. I always have the crew record the time in and out of each client's house. For the first few cleanings I base the fee of of that. Once we've been there a few times I'll have an average and just charge a flat rate based on that. Whatever the rate is that I charge, the job will get done; whether is takes a few minutes longer or not. I will never leave a client unsatisfied. If after the flat cleaning rate is established, I realize I underbid the job, I'll simply let the client know and renegotiate the terms.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I normally like to do is meet with my new potential client at their home or have a phone conversation if you're too busy, so they can tell me what their cleaning concerns are. At this time, I'll bring or email my business info, such as insurance, letters of recommendation, and a checklist to show what's done at a typical cleaning. I'll take notes of concerns, cleaning products you want used, and areas of the house that you might not want touched.

I have worked with clients of all backgrounds. A wide range of religious backgrounds and ethnicities, to the busy working single, to the stay at home mom.
