I charge $15/hr for individual tutoring sessions, and $10/person/hr for group tutoring sessions.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While I was in college, the tutoring department asked me to come in and help them with tutoring physics students. After two semesters of working primarily with physics students, I switched focus to math, and found that I enjoyed tutoring that subject a great deal more.
