I did not know buying windows would be such an experience. I started my search a few months ago and almost regretted it. I ended up getting 4 quotes total. 3 were not through thumbtack. I called the ones I always heard of and thought the prices would be good. they were CRAZY! Some ended up lowering their prices, but I was already fed up with the experience and knew i'd never buy from somewhere that tried to get me for more. long story short, a friend recommended thumbtack. I found Window Universe and the rest is history. awesome company. they gave great pricing up front and were professional throughout - i'm so happy I kept looking and didn't settle/spend too much.

Sometimes to truly gauge a business you have to see how they respond when things go wrong, because let's face it, a business is only human. Short story, there was a problem with installation. I reached out to our contact person, Lance, and was immediately swarmed by Lance, Dustin and Sam all scrambling to remedy the situation, which they did, personally supervising the situation.
I have since ordered the remaining windows in my house to be done by Window Universe due to their willingness to stand by their work and products.
